General Settings
Under general settings, you can edit your account related information such as the account name, email addresses, subdomain, address and time zone.
Account
Section titled “Account”Account name and image
Section titled “Account name and image”Your account name and image are for internal use only. They allow you to identify your account among the list of accounts that you have access to.
Emails
Section titled “Emails”Account owner’s email
Section titled “Account owner’s email”LightFunnels team will use this email if they need to contact you. If you change it, a confirmation request is sent to the new email address.
Contact’s form email
Section titled “Contact’s form email”The email address that receives the messages your visitors send through the contact forms on your funnels and stores.
Order emails and abandoned checkout emails are managed by apps. Go to Settings → Emails to open the Lightmail app (order email updates) and the Abandoned checkouts recovery app.
Account subdomain
Section titled “Account subdomain”Your account’s free LightFunnels address, in the format youraccount.mylightfunnels.com. Your site is always reachable on this subdomain, even after you connect a custom domain.
Address
Section titled “Address”This is your business or personal address. It will show on your invoices. It includes your Legal name, Company (optional), Phone number, address lines, city, zip and country.
Time zone
Section titled “Time zone”The time zone in which your account will operate. It is used to determine the order time and mainly impacts your tracking and analytics.
Account currency and currency conversion
Section titled “Account currency and currency conversion”The account currency, the currency format and the currency conversion settings are no longer in general settings. You can now find them under Settings → Payment gateways:
- Account currency – the currency in which all price values will be displayed. Choose it under Currency and customize how prices are written under Currency format.
- Currency Conversion – the currencies that will appear on your funnels’ settings and will be visible to your visitors. These options will be used on the currency converter on your storefront.
