LightRecover

LightRecover helps you save lost sales before they’re gone by following up with customers who abandon their checkout. It’s in the App store under Automation and Emails, and it’s free to install.

Note

LightRecover replaces the old Cart Recovery app, which is no longer listed in the App store.

Install LightRecover

1. In your dashboard, go to Apps → Discover apps.
2. Search for LightRecover and click its card.
3. Click Install app, then follow the steps the app shows you.

Once it’s installed, you’ll find LightRecover under Apps → Installed apps. Click its card to open it.
