Canceling an Order

To cancel an order, open the order and click Cancel order.

Select a reason in Reason for cancellation.

If you want to issue a refund, check Issue refund. The Refund amount shows how much will be refunded.

Check Send a notification to the customer if you want to notify them via email. Then click Cancel order.

After canceling, you can still refund or change the order.

Undoing a cancellation

A canceled order shows a Cancelled badge next to its number. Click the badge and choose Undo cancellation to restore the order.
