Abandoned Checkouts

When your customer starts filling the checkout form, a checkout is created.

After 15 minutes, if the customer has not completed the checkout process, the checkout is considered abandoned. Abandoned checkouts are listed under Orders -> Checkouts.

The list shows who placed each checkout, its date and its Recovery Status (Recovered or Not Recovered).

Open a checkout to see its details and summary. The Card recovery link section has a link you can email to your customer to recover their cart. Click Copy link to copy it.

To send recovery emails automatically, install the LightRecover app from the App store.
