The AliExpress integration in Lightfunnels allows you to seamlessly import products, automate order fulfillment, and manage bulk orders directly within your Lightfunnels store. This integration streamlines your dropshipping workflow by connecting your store with AliExpress suppliers.
Getting Started
Prerequisites
Before you begin, you'll need:
- A Lightfunnels account
- An AliExpress Business account
New to AliExpress Business?
If you don't have an AliExpress Business account yet, you can get started with a special offer:
- Click the "Don't have AliExpress account? Register here to receive a 90 days coupon code" link in the app
- This will provide you with a $100 off coupon when you spend $500 or more
- The coupon is valid for 90 days
- Find your coupon in your AliExpress account under: Home > Account > Coupon/Code History
Setup Process
Step 1: Connect Your AliExpress Account
- In your Lightfunnels dashboard, navigate to the apps tab --> AliExpress App
- Click the "Connect" button next to "Connect with AliExpress"
- You'll be redirected to AliExpress to authorize the connection
- Once authorized, you'll return to Lightfunnels with a successful connection
Step 2: Configure Currency Settings
⚠️ Important: Make sure your currency settings match your store to avoid discrepancies.
- Select your store currency from the dropdown (e.g., USD - US Dollar)
- This currency will be used for product prices and orders in your Lightfunnels store
- Note: You can update this setting anytime from the Settings tab
Step 3: Set Your Default Language

- Choose the language for product descriptions and orders (e.g., English (US))
- This affects how product information appears in your store
- Note: You can update this setting anytime from the Settings tab
Using the Integration
Exploring and Adding Products
- Navigate to the Explore tab in your AliExpress integration dashboard
- Set your shipping country using the "Ship To" dropdown to see accurate shipping costs
- Browse categories or use the search bar to find products
- Add products to your account:
- Click the "+" button on any product you want to add
- Click "Push to account" to import the product details
- A new tab will open showing shipping and pricing details
- Confirm to push the product to your Lightfunnels account
Managing Products
Once products are pushed to your Lightfunnels account:
- They appear in your product catalog
- You must add them to a funnel to start selling
- The integration will sync orders for these products automatically
Critical Checkout Requirements
🚨 MANDATORY FIELDS
For the AliExpress syncing to work properly, your checkout form MUST include these fields:
- Email Address
- First Name
- Last Name
- Shipping Country
- Address Line 1
- State/Province
- ZIP/Postal Code
- City
- Phone Number
⚠️ Warning: Missing any of these fields will cause order syncing to fail.
Order Management
Viewing Orders
- Navigate to the Orders tab in the AliExpress integration
- View all your orders with different status filters:
- All Orders
- Pending
- Awaiting Payment
- Shipped
- Delivered
- Canceled
- Failed
Order Fulfillment Process
- Orders placed on your Lightfunnels store automatically appear in the AliExpress integration
- Review orders in the Orders tab
- Bulk payment: Navigate to your AliExpress dashboard to pay for multiple orders at once
- Order tracking: Monitor shipping status and update customers accordingly
Account Maintenance
Reconnection Requirement
🔄 Important: You must reconnect your AliExpress account every 2 months due to AliExpress security requirements.
- You'll receive notifications when reconnection is needed
- Simply repeat the connection process to maintain integration
- This ensures secure data transfer between platforms
Settings Management
Access the Settings tab to:
- Update currency preferences
- Change language settings
- Manage account connection status
- View integration statistics
